Imagine this …
You can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, lower your blood pressure and heart attack risk, improve brain function and memory, significantly boost creativity, and feel a much greater sense of calmness throughout your day.
Without taking a single pill.
You can have all of the above by essentially doing nothing.
You simply sit your butt down, repeat a mantra in your head, and … well, that’s really it.
For the past four or five years, I’ve become a master of doing nothing.
Meditating once or twice a day, for twenty minutes. Every day.
Not only do I notice a difference in myself, but others see it as well. I’m way less emotionally reactive, much friendlier, and just an all-around better person.
Honestly, I feel a little “high” all day long. 🙂
Taking the leap and learning Transcendental Meditation (TM) has been a game-changer for me.
No, it’s not a cult.
Yes, it costs money to learn.
And it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.
Today on the podcast, comedian and actor Jerry Seinfeld reveals why he’s been doing TM for over 40 years. Enjoy!
