They’re inescapable.

Wherever you go, there they are. Always. No matter the circumstance, your thoughts are right there with you. Bubbling up out of seemingly nowhere, repeatedly depicting a disempowering narrative that you now take as gospel.

But imagine for a brief moment what your life would look like if you decided to STOP believing every word you said to yourself. If you developed the habit of calling bull-poop on your programming.

Since your behaviors give rise to your results, and your behaviors follow your beliefs, and your beliefs are announced round-the-clock by your thoughts, what would happen if you called out your mendacious thoughts for what they really are?

Mostly lies programmed into your subconscious mind, not to be taken seriously. Just bubbles percolating through a thick mass of unexamined goop largely absorbed and integrated during childhood.

The bubbles keep you safe, but they also keep you stuck. They make you right, but they also make your life feel wrong. They can permeate every aspect of your life, or you can use your consciousness to pierce and pop them before they rise to the surface, where they do their damage.

Develop the habit of popping your thoughts as they bubble up from the goop. Notice how your behaviors change, how your results improve.

Once you pop, you won’t be able to stop.
