This one didn’t part the sea; he ran the 400m hurdles.

Edwin Moses is indisputably the greatest hurdler of all time. Between 1977 and 1987, he won 122 consecutive races and set the world record four times.

The man was fast AF.

Despite being the best in the world, there was this one thing about Moses..

He never stopped trying to perfect his technique. To him, it didn’t matter how badly he crushed his opponents. His goal was to be the very best that he could be.

He was committed to excellence in his event.
