In reality, it was not the past that was weighing him down but his own attachment to it. Unfortunately, many of us bound ourselves to the wounds of our past. We have the power to decide to close these wounds up. Or as he says,“Hold no grudges and practice forgiveness. This is the key to having peace in all your relationships.”
