Easier said than done.
I like to say that if positive thinking, reprogramming your brain, and following your dreams were easy, everyone would be doing it.
Just like anything else, these things take practice, effort, repetition, and being willing.

Today on the show, Iyanla Vanzant — best-selling author, Fix My Life television expert, and frequent Oprah guest — shares her own personal struggle with forgiveness.
Like I said, easier said than done. Even when you’re Iyanla Vanzant.
