We’re only 7 days in.

If I had to guess, I’d say somewhere around fifty-percent of New Year’s resolutions have been forgotten.

Yeah, already.

In fact, according to a U.S. News report, approximately 80% of all resolutions will fail before Valentine’s Day.

The question is, why?

Why is it that something that seemed so important just one week ago can fade so fast?

Well, it’s because the resolution revolved around a behavior, while paying no attention to the belief underlying it.

If you have a weight loss goal and you believe food is the most reliable way to make yourself feel good, you won’t be losing any weight.

If you want to generate more revenue this year and you believe selling is sleazy, your earnings won’t grow.

Yeah, you can white knuckle it for a week or two and start seeing better results. But the behavior will not hold if the underlying belief hasn’t been identified and replaced.

If you’re serious about accomplishing your 2020 goals, I HIGHLY recommend you listen to today’s QOD episode with Shelly Lefkoe.

Money Mind Academy: If you missed the announcement on last Monday’s episode, I’ve decided to retire the Money Mind Academy course. I’d like to focus all of my energy on launching a consulting business for health coaches next month. The QOD Show won’t change. Just making a shift in my business model.

Happy Tuesday!
