It’s funny how this works.
You know, when you feel like you can’t miss. You’re knocking life out of the park.
Then all of a sudden, life throws you a nasty curveball.
You never saw it coming. Right when you thought you were hot sh*t, life stepped in and caught you on the blind side.
I like to call these episodes “trials for faith” — kinda like the universe’s way of making sure you’re as committed as you say you are.
Because it’s the uncommitted among us who quit at the first obstacle. Truth is, they were never really serious in the first place. They can’t handle the curve. So they plod back to the dugout. Head down. Blaming the pitcher.
