It doesn’t last forever.
When we’re going through the downs of life, our minds can play tricks on us.
It does its best to convince us that things will always be this way. That there’s no light at the end of this tunnel. That there’s nothing we can do about it.
But the truth is, “trouble don’t last always.”
The beautiful thing about being human is that we have the choice to turn things around. To take note of life’s feedback and to self-correct.
No one is immune to the downs of life. Even the most successful among us have setbacks and stumbles. Even Oprah.
